Fault tree analysis method is short for FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), It is an emerging system reliability analysis method in system analysis techniques,FTA has a wide application domain such as traffic,electronic,chemical industry, machinery, nuclear energy, Fault Tree Analysis technique is a very strong comprehensive technique of system reliability, covering a comprehensive analysis of graph theory, mathematical logic and other branches of mathematics.the method from the point of view of the whole system, using the logic related, combined with the structure characteristics of the system.It is used to establish objective and reasonable fault tree. FTA uses a series of effective methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculations for fault tree analysis.lt finds the cause of system failure to improve the system design and improve system reliability.The advantage of FTA is that it can help the system engineer and reliability experts effectively system reliability analysis, system design and system maintenance.Importance calculation as the most important part of fault tree analysis helps reliability experts and systems analysis correctly, reasonably system maintenance and management.FTA provides practical and reliable theoretical basis for reliability experts and system analysis, maintenance and fault diagnosis. An important degree of each parts of the system can be in accordance with the importance of system failure, in accordance with its important degree,guide system analysis to select the appropriate parts to improve the reliability of the whole system. FTA reduces the economic costs, and improves the reliability of the system.In this paper, with basic theory and methods of fault tree analysis technology, firstly the characteristics and properties of monotone coherent system are started,FTA uses two kinds of qualitative and quantitative methods and focuses on the study of different algorithms for several important degree.Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the various algorithms,.It puts forward the algorithm combined the important degree of compatibility conditions in the basic events, which is verified by an example. This algorithm can solve the previous algorithms which only focus on the structure characteristics of fault tree itself, and ignore this problem of the components reliability on the safety of the system.therefore the new algorithm considers the compatibility of these two factors.
