Queuing problem is very important question in practical production. In traditional queuingsystem, the factors are determined for queuing system. However, in many practical applications,some index by all kinds of factors show subjective uncertainty, the traditional queuing analysismethod can’t provide a good solution to solve this kind of problem. Based on the fuzzy set theory,this paper gives the fuzzy queue system analysis method with a class of fuzzy parameters.First,The mutual conversion method is given between membership function and monotonictransformation function for the same fuzzy number based on the fuzzy structured element theory.Provide specific operation steps by theorems and graphics. The concept of characteristic numberand wave number are given. The principle and steps of fuzzy number ranking with double indexare given. Then, by the analysis of change characteristics with queuing system, the representingmethod of characters index for fuzzy queuing are given. Meanwhile, general method for solvingmembership function of characters index for fuzzy queuing is give. The examples verify thefeasibility and superiority of the method. Last, through the proposed ranking method and fuzzystructure element theory, the fuzzy queuing optimization model are established with costcoefficient and arrival rate,and are solved by fuzzy structured element theory.
