Recently, with the development of the theory and technique of the Raman fiber, the Raman spectrum in application got expanded。It could be used in fiber optic sensors, analyzing materials, analyzing cells and Nano-materials in the case of high temperature, and on the other aspect of the micro-substance.The different temperatures of fiber laser Raman spectral changes, selection of Nd3+:YAG frequency-doubled lasers, the output of the laser wavelength is532nm, through continuous fiber glass transistor heated to gradually raise the temperature from room temperature to1000℃, and spectrometer under conditions of changing the polarization state of the Raman measurements of the optical fiber laser. Through different temperatures, different polarization states of the Raman spectral changes, it is determined the impact of temperature on the laser fiber and the derived threshold value of Raman spectroscopy in the temperature is gradually increased to the theoretical analysis of this effect continuously decreased, and a half-width of the Raman spectrum of the increase.
