Abstract Two topics about uncertainty are discussed in the paper:the strongly connected L-subset in L-pre-topological spaces and an uncertainty model about targeting. The notions of strongly connected L-subset in L-pre-topological spaces and locally strongly connected L-pre-topological space are defined in this paper, of which the related properties are proved to be similar to those of connected subset in topological spaces and locally connected topological space. It is showed that the category L-LSCPS of locally strongly connected L-pre-topological spaces and continuous mappings is a topological construct. The uncertainty is introduced to solve the targeting problem. Under appropriate assumptions, the maximization of target killing model is finished with Brownian motion, followed by solving it with the related methods in stochastic differential equation, thus the best bomb angle is established.The construction and the main contents of this paper are as follow:Chapter1Preliminaries. In this chapter,we gave the basic concepts and rusults of L-pre-topological spaces, the stochastic differential process and Brownian motion.Chapter2The notions strongly connected L-subset in L-pre-topological spaces are defined in this chapter with locally strongly connected L-pre-topological space, thus the basic properties of strongly connected L-subset are obtained while the categorical property of locally strongly connected L-pre-topological space is tested.Chapter3Some appropriate assumptions are selected by analyzing the force condition of object in air, then the stochastic differential model is established, fol-lowed by the conclusion.
