The detecting data of the quality and safety of agricultural products in the GIS contains alarge number of spatial information and attribute information. How to make effective use ofthese information is becoming a more and more important problem to the management systemof quality and safety of agricultural products. And spatial neighboring can analyze thedistribution characteristics through these information. So it is very important to themanagement system of quality and safety of agricultural products to apply the distributioncharacteristics between detection points which are expressed by spatial neighboring in theGIS. This article makes a deep research on the theory of spatial clustering methods andk-order spatial neighboring relations, based on the spatial distribution of the detecting data, aregional security evaluate application by the research results is given. The main contentsinclude the following:1. Improved algorithm based on Voronoi diagram to measure adjacent spatial distributionThe paper choose the Voronoi diagram based method to measure adjacent spatialdistribution as the basis of the calculation of the degree of aggregation, and improved themethod. The improved algorithm can calculate the proximity of any point in the space, theproximity reflects the intensity of the point around a similar point.2. Search algorithm of gathering area of spatial points based on adjacent indexThis paper put forward a Search algorithm of gathering area of spatial points based onadjacent index,which can search for a dense distribution area of region points according toany adjacent index. Due to the adjacent index is the meaning of proximal point distribution,therefore, the rule will be effective in searching for a gather area according to the spatialclustering.3.“Species-Classification-Frequency-Overlay” weight decided modelIn order to get regional security evaluate result and apply these algorithm above, thispaper put forward a “species-classification-frequency-overlay” weight decided model. Themodel based on the expert experience to determine the extent of damage of common quality and safety problems and the frequency corresponding problem into the final weight, the typesand number of security can reflect the regional scientific problems occurrence degree.Through the above study, this paper established and implemented original point datadisplay, the Thissen polygon generation, adjacent index calculation of any point, gatheringarea generation and drawing output functions based on ArcGIS Engine and C#. Finally, themodel application of this method in the regional agricultural products quality safetyevaluation is presented in. Through the application of actual data, we find it was in good use,and it also can meet the requirements of regional evaluation of agricultural product qualityand safety.The availability and effectiveness of all the algorithm are proved, and it will alsohave a good application prospects in the regional evaluation of agricultural product qualityand safety.
