Interference imaging spectrometer technology is the frontier science in today’s visible and infrared remote sensor detecting area. It’s an organic combination of imaging technology and spectral technology and has been an important way to acquire objects’two-dimensional spatial information and spectral information. However, full-polarization parameter measurement cannot be well combined with hyperspectral imaging technology yet. Polarization information is intrinsically associated with spectral information and through the combination of spectral imaging and full-polarization parameter measurement, the detecting information of the object will be greatly enriched, it will also improve capabilities of objective analysis and expand the information dimensions. To solve the problem of combining full-polarization parameter measurement with hyperspectral imaging technology, a new full-polarization hyperspectral imaging measurement structure using a dual optical path system was proposed. We utilized the hyperspectral interference imaging technology and polarization modulation technology based on electro-optic effect in our research. The polarization information, spectral information and spatial image information were acquired at the same time, which greatly enriched the capabilities of objective analysis. On the basis of computer simulation and verification, the full-Stokes vector hyperspectral imaging measurement equipment was set up, matrix image measurement and spectrum recovery system was fulfilled by the computer. Spectral calibration tests and error analysis of full-polarization spectral measurement system was also completed, based on which we corrected the measurement results and achieved high accuracy measurement. This work will definitely be helpful to many optical remote sensing technology areas such as resources survey, environmental monitoring and military reconnaissan. It also proposes reliable technical solutions for the development of the next generation of remote sensing technology.
