Reservoir and gas-bearing prediction from sesmic data is the most emergent problem that is commonly faced by middle-deep-depth strata exploration and development in the diapir zone of the Yinggehai basin. In this paper, for these two questions, despite of the method of single seismic inversion of traditional reservoir prediction and hydrocarbon detection, some other techniches were also attempted to get ideal results through multiple-methods research, deeply studying step by step to build systematic and practical relationship between seismic reflection and strata properties.In this paper, research targets focus on middle-deep-depth Huangliu strata in the Dongfang area of the Yinggehai basin. In order to solve some geophysical problems encounted in the deep exploration in the area, some important geophysical and technical methods were discussed, furthermore, it also summed up on several characteristics of high pressure gas reservoir exploration in technology, thus will benefit our natural gas exploration in the deep strata of diapir zone. Main achievements summarized as follows:1. According to the multiple episodes of submarine fan superposition and complex spatial architectures, sequence stratigraphic framework of the Huangliu Formation in the Dongfang area has been established. By using the principle of sequence stratigraphy in this research, the first member of Huangliu formation in Dongfang area is dividing into a four-order sequence. Based on the detailed analysis of seismic data, formation episodes, distribution and spatial migration of submarine fan lobes have been summarized. There11submarine fan lobes are present and detailed distribution have been pointed out.2. Based the analysis of channel reservoirs, two kinds of channel reservoirs have been identified, in which late channels reworked clearly the early subaqueous distributary channels. The combination of the two kinds of channel are believed to be the necessary condition of lithologic trap formation. In turn, through means such as seismic slice and forward completed various, spatial relationships of channel and sand body at all levels are descriped. 3. Based on the research above, for the specific details of exploration and development, some analysis about seismic response characteristics of the high temperature and high pressure gas reservoirs have been done, and finding out the influence several factors of seismic information in this area, which is fuzzy earthquake zone and shallow gas absorption attenuation, mudstone cap rock, coupling effect, reservoir thickness, sand body reservoir physical properties and reservoir water saturation. First of three external factors for reservoir, through seismic forward modeling, geological genesis analysis of high temperature and high pressure, and the comprehensive analysis of the velocity and pressure to simulate one by one, and further derived formula is suitable for thin layer thickness prediction method in the region; After the two factors for the reservoir itself, from logging, logging and core analysis of reservoir parameters, the model simulation of physical property, porosity and shale content has been built, the relationship between complete and hydrocarbon reservoir parameters and seismic amplitude and relationship between weak and strong seismic amplitudes have been quantitative interpreted.The innovation points embodied in three aspects:1. Composite research thought on reservoir. In order to completly study on sequence stratigraphy, division and explanation of four-order sequence are done, special geology interpretation and sand body description, submarine fan on the layers of fine dissecting space are descriped in detail;2. Development of seismic response characteristics analysis technology, the various seismic information analysis spin out, different seismic attributes under the condition of abnormal information on behalf of the reservoir and gas are gotten separately.
