Transformation optics (TrO) is a theoretical tool which can control electromagnetic wave. The method of TrO began to attract wide attention after publication of two papers in the issue of Science magazine by English scientists in2006. They proposed two new methods of invisible cloak design. The theory of TrO can change the medium parameters of materials. The cloak can make light bypass the item as if nothing there.This paper studies on invisible cloak based on transformation optics and includes:1. Study the theory of TrO as the basis of invisible cloak. Introduce the definition of related vectors of TrO and derivation from Cartesian coordinates to arbitrary coordinates, coefficient of coordinate conversion, transformation of base vector and vector component. Lay the foundation of study of invisible cloak based on TrO.2. Use nonsingular equation to simulate circle, ellipse and arbitrarily shaped model for2D and sphere, axial symmetry model based on θ for3D. Study on the singularity of the properties has been deduced as well.3. This paper proposes a different method for nonsingular3D arbitrarily shaped cloak design with TrO. The method bases on nonsingular2D arbitrarily shaped cloak. Build two new models and related applications with the parameters of2D arbitrarily shaped cloak based on φ. And full-wave simulation has been showed.
