With the rapid population growth, the grain problem has become the priority among priorities of the human survival and development. Although the uses of a large number of pesticides make food production increased, but also to cause damage to the environment. Therefore for residual pesticide to detection and control, reduce the pollution to the environment is still an important problem. In this paper, we analyzed the benzene hexchloride samples and the carbaryl samples with the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, and obtain their three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. According to the two kinds of pesticide fluorescence peak position and the peak strength changes, analysis of the pesticide molecular fluorescent properties. In the experiment, we also separately to the different concentration of two kinds of pesticide with the fluorescence detection, and discussed the influence of the concentration of pesticide molecular fluorescence characteristics. We mapped the working curve about two kinds of pesticide molecular, calculated the pesticide molecular the minimum detection limit, and analysis of the accuracy of system. To provided the theoretical basis for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of pesticides and the trace analysis.
