In X-ray fluorescence spectrum detection, the selection of target material element internal structure and the characteristics of different element, the spectral differences lead to X-ray the original level. In the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrum detection, the original level energy spectrum distribution of influence line analysis accuracy, so how to select the target according to the structure and characteristics of target material is essential to the final measurement spectrum.This article mainly through to the anode target material structure, theoretical analysis, and simulation research the element characteristics of three kinds of target material and the internal structure of atoms is analyzed, based on the mechanism of X-ray simulation Cr, Mo, W three anode material on the absorption of incident electron scattering, and acquire the conclusion. Simulation of three kinds of elements as the anode material produced by four different pure element measurement of spectral lines, and analysis the influence factors of different target to measure the spectral. According to the theory of simulation for the simulation results, the use of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, the measurement of actual verification, through the analysis of the spectra of four elements, get three original level of target material to measure the impact of spectral spectrum distribution.According to the different elements of simulation and experimental verification, the original level of target spectral characteristics of the spectrum, intensity, wavelength, ray yield difference, the difference on measuring the spectral spectrum superposition flooded, background, etc, work in actual measured spectra, the need for measuring elements (including:the atomic number, content, etc.) for the selection of target material, the lower detection limit of the actual element detection, qualitative analysis and accurate quantitative measurement play a key role.
