Chloroplast as a unique organelles in the green plants, it is theonly area of plants for photosynthesis. The normal proliferation anddivision of the chloroplast is plant capacity is the necessary premisefor normal growth and development.Depending on the theory of endosymbiotic origin, chloroplastoriginated from primitive eukaryotic endosymbiosis cyanobacteria,that wishes to say, the chloroplast division of the photosyntheticbacteria with similar to the original mechanism. In the longevolutionary process, the chloroplast from cyanobacteria free lifegradually become partial autonomy in higher plant cell organelles.Endosymbiont of most genes are lost or transferred to the host cellnucleus, the origin of eukaryotic gene regulation slightly chloroplastphysiological activities, formed in the course of evolution of thenuclear plants–chloroplast and chloroplast gene expression ofcoordination mechanism. Nuclear genes, however, are the way tocontrol the chloroplast divided, and how coordinated with cell growth,still have not been clear. MIN system and FtsZ fragmentation ofchloroplasts of control still exist in the process of evolution, but hisgenes in higher plants have been lost. Exists in the Rhine CrMinC in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii gene,is currently the most advanced MinC genes have been discovered.This paper get the Chlamydomonas reinhardtii CrMinC RANi andexpression of mutant, obviously observed abnormal MinC geneexpression will affect the normal cell division and proliferation, slowto make the cell division, slow chlorophyll synthesis, daughter cells,growth state of the cell, divided cells also bigger. Further studyshowed that abnormal chloroplast division will keep Chlamydomonasreinhardtii cell inspection points (commitment, and yeast cellsthrough the cell cycle checkpoint and animals restriction point),through the checkpoint time delay, cell division of change. Flowcytometry analysis showed that MinC mediated chloroplast abnormaldivision makes the cells in the process of DNA replication, G1phaseand S phase and growth, and then extend the Chlamydomonasreinhardtii cell cycle.This paper preliminary discusses the chloroplast proliferation anddivision and the relationship between the cell division and themechanism of interaction, and in lane Chlamydomonas reinhardtiiCrMinC expressing mutant and RNAi mutant observed in chloroplastsplit up, resulting in cell division. Be set to further reveal the role ofregulation between chloroplast division and cell growth mechanism,which demonstrates higher plant chloroplasts and the mechanism ofcommunication and dialogue between the nucleus.
