In real life, since the human’s thinking is full of fuzziness, imprecision and indetermination, the traditional mathematical tools loses its feasibility in dealing with such problems, then promote the development of uncertain theory. Fuzzy theory, such as fuzzy set theory, interval-valued fuzzy set theory, fuzzy soft set theory, interval-valued fuzzy soft set theory, intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, as a big part of the uncertain theory, has sparked a great interest in the study. Furthermore, on basis of the combination of fuzzy theory and multiple attribute decision making, and has been widely applied in economic forecasting and decision making, financial engineering, decision of management and many other categories. And a central problem of study on multi-attribute decision making method is how to synthesize the all attributes, which means that we should construct an aggregation function (or aggregation operator) to synthesize all attributes. Therefore, this thesis has studied the aggregating methods and decision making methods of interval number and interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number. Also, the problem of granular structure of interval-valued fuzzy soft set has discussed in this thesis. For the following idea:(1) Introduce definition of soft set, fuzzy soft set, interval-valued fuzzy set, interval-valued fuzzy soft set, interval number and interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, the operations of interval number and interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number are researched. On basis of possibility degree of the comparison of two interval numbers, the UOWA operator is defined. Extend the IITFN-WAA operator and IITFN-WGA operator, and propose the IITFN-OWA operator, IITFN-HA operator and IITFN-GOWA operator. Also, give two properties of IITFN-GOWA operator.(2) Study three decision models. The first one is the undertaking industrial transfer of Wanjiang region based on UOWA operator of interval number. Firstly, change the relevant data into interval number, then aggregation the data into synthesize value by use of the UOWA operator; at last, use the possibility matrix to determine the best city. The latter two is the multi-expert group decision based on the aggregated operators of interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, giving the corresponding decision method of IITFN-HA operator and IITFN-GOWA operator, respectively. Finally, the possibility and availability of the decision making methods are verified by practical examples.(3) Research granular structure of interval-valued fuzzy soft set. The possibility degree, the weighted possibility degree,δ-dominance class,δ-covering approximation space, the description set, the indistinguishability set and the knowledge capacity are defined. The dynamic granularity analysis is given based on interval fuzzy soft matrix, to reflect uncertainty and vagueness of δ-covering approximation space by computing knowledge capacity, and point out that the bigger of δ, the thinner of approximation space. At last, the accuracy of results is proved by a practical example.
