Benefit from the rapid development of the laser technology, now the laser beam can focus to the size of a atomic size. From this method, when the laser beam illuminates the lattice of a two-level atom, we can investigate about the resonance fluorescence spectroscopy of the atom, which is addressing the single site. And more, we compare the result with the resonance fluorescence spectroscopy that when all of the atom are illuminated by the laser beam.In this paper, we study about the single-site addressing of the resonance fluorescence of two two-level atomic or three tow-level atomic. First of all, we calculate the main equations in the system, and use it to get a series of transition equations and the steady-state value of the equation. And then, we use the quantum regression theory to calculate the double correlation function of the energy spectrum and the resulting energy spectrum of the image. Through the study, when laser illuminate only one atom, due to the dipole interaction and collective decay between the atoms, the resonance fluorescence spectrum is no longer a symmectric Mollow spectrum, it turns out to be a assymmetric spectrumwith the right peak collapse. We can obtain the distance between atoms fromdipole-dipole coefficient and collective decay rate, in order to determine the location of the atom,ie,the single site addressing.
