Earthquake is a major threat to the life and property of people all overthe world, earthquakes can cause severe damage every year to the country.Especially undersea earthquake occurred in addition to the earthquake damagedirectly caused houses to collapse, fire, etc., but also easy to cause a tsunamiundersea earthquake caused more serious secondary disasters. Global earthquakeoccurs very frequently, almost every time there will be an earthquake. Occurredmore than six earthquakes worldwide each year for at least a hundred times, toreal-time monitoring information on these earthquakes, the need to put a largeamount of seismic data acquisition system. As most of the earthquakes have occurredin the sea, and is currently laying undersea earthquake monitoring equipment is verylimited quantities, so the development of new subsea data acquisition system isnecessary.In recent years, with the rapid development of modern electronic information andcomputer technology, the digital detector and digital storage technology has replacedthe traditional basic analog seismic methods behind. Digital seismic methods havegreater dynamic range, high resolution, data storage, processing more convenient.Therefore, detection technology based on digital seismic data acquisition system iseven more important.Typically, the key issue of seismic data acquisition system is how to effectivelydeal with the seismic wave signal. The topics for these situations designed underseaseismic data acquisition system based on MEMS accelerometer. Program to selectthe appropriate MEMS triaxial accelerometer, using TI’s own internal programmableamplifier (PGA) of24bit Δ-Σ type AD as a signal amplifier and ADC. Embeddedprocessing platform is STM32F103platform, the use of large-capacity high-speedSD card for data storage. Data acquisition unit through the serial port the data to thePC. Computer terminal PC software using C#development, with data reception,display basic functions, graphics, storage, historical data analysis. While the PC canalso be configured sampling rate and system calibration functions acquisition unit oftime. The main task of this project needs to be done is to design an embedded dataacquisition and storage unit, complete the PC to write, develop appropriate communication protocol.This article first two chapters of topics relevant background and MEMSacceleration sensor, and then describes the overall system solution. Details of thesystem behind the acquisition unit related hardware design, embedded softwaredesign, PC software design and system debugging and other content respectively. Atthe end of the paper summarizes the issues encountered in the design and debuggingof system problems and the presence of imperfections. Finally, the article presentssome of the topics to be improved, to provide a reference for the future developmentof digital seismic survey research techniques.
