In recent years, water jet cleaning technology is widely applied in various industries. As the key part to water jet, Nozzle directly affects the cleaning effect effect. Nozzle is divided in shape into a cylindrical nozzle, shaped nozzles and fan nozzle.Fan nozzle is known to simple, combat force and practical advantages of uniform jet is known. Most scholars Study on the deformation-dilated cylindrical nozzle. However, the study of non-axial symmetrical fan nozzle is still less. Especially, the fan nozzle flow field characteristics of the inside and outside.Using FLUENT numerical simulation visualization capabilities to study the flow field inside and outside of the fan nozzle by changing fan nozzle geometry. Optimize the fan nozzle structure, to provide a reference for the fan nozzle design options.This paper is based on the new subway tunnels water rinse vehicle’s cone fan nozzle of the new drive technology center laboratory, which belongs to Southwest Jiaotong University Using the CFD fluid simulation software--Fluent to simulation analysis, analysis on nozzle jet’s characteristic deeply, and compared the fan jet characteristic influence from the speed, water content, dynamic pressure and other aspects.This paper consists of three parts:(1) Through the subway tunnel water wash car fan nozzles original analog simulation analysis to get characteristic fan-shaped jet. Fan nozzles were analyzed for speed, media content, traffic and combat forces, describes the speed and media content trends in the sector and outside the nozzle flow field, analysis of the changes in fan nozzle flow and combat forces.(2) In the basis of the fan nozzle of the subway tunnel water wash, by changing the length of the cylinder incident, inlet diameter, the diameter of the inlet section of the inlet cylinder length, grooving relative offset parameter section diameter and grooving incident angle, study the impact of structural changes in the parameters of the fan nozzle fan jet nozzle.(3) According to the study (2) of the fan-shaped nozzles to further optimize and improve the fan nozzle. Analysis of the effects of water stress on the jet performance. to identify the optimal value, and research to combat effects of distance and angle of the cleaning effect of the strike, so as to achieve more satisfactory cavitation jet flushing effect. In order to get the best cleaning solutions, so that we can provide guidance for the actual cleaning.
