The large-scale development of marine economy has exacerbated the pollution of the sea environment. The influence has taken a series of effects on marine water quality, aquatic life, and aquatic resources.Dalian Bay area in the development of the economy, but also should pay attention to protect its marine resources, the paper through experimental survey data in recent years, the application of different evaluation methods comprehensive and integrated analysis of the local waters of the aquatic environment, combined with historical data found that the main trend of pollution are:(1) Combined2012and2013data analysis, in terms of sea water, COD, petroleum, greater contribution of inorganic nitrogen pollution of the sea, and all over the national second-class water quality standards, combined with historical data found that the main pollution of the sea long-term thing is oil;(2) The single factor index method, the potential ecological risk assessment method to accumulate heavy metals in the sediment index different years were analyzed and found these two years, heavy metal pollution in Dalian Bay and did not change significantly. Specifically:①single factor considered standard index, the relative contribution of other pollution of heavy metals Cu and Zn in the largest pollution caused As a minimum, there is light pollution in general;②potential ecological risk assessment method that in the area highest ecological risk Hg and Cd, Zn minimum risk factor, it should take effective measures to reduce the concentration of Hg and Cd;③cumulative index to think that the last two years, more than six heavy metals accumulate indices were lower than1, so the sediment in the area, the presence of several minor accumulation of heavy metals in effect. In addition, this paper studies sea sediments also concerned about the situation of the corresponding year plankton and benthic organisms, through the correlation of experimental data analysis, that Hg, As for biomass, evenness correlation.Comprehensive historical data, Dalian bend carries urban industrial waste water emissions about70%, of which petroleum, heavy metal elements Zn, Cu, Pb easier excessive emissions, deserve attention.
