As the high resolution remote sensing image has rich details,obvious geometrical structure, abundant spatial information, etc, the traditional remote sensing image processing technology is no longer suitable for high resolution remote sensing image processing. To make full use of the image spectrum, texture, geometry, space, topological relations and the semantic features at the same time,the smallest unit of Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis(GEOBIA) is no longer a single pixel, but the homogeneous area of image objects, and in the subsequent image analysis it’s also carried out in accordance with the object processing,thus, image understanding and analysis are more intelligent, precise and efficient.It’s also easily to be integrated with vector GIS at the same time.Obversily GEOBIA not only solved the the shortage of traditional image processing method which based on pixel analysis in high-resolution satellite remote sensing image classification field, but also made a considerable contribution to change detection technology. In conclusion,GEOBIA has a very high practical value.It can make the full use of the potential ability of remote sensing data,make it possible for developing efficient methods on remote sensing image analysis and interpretation to a semi-automatic or fully automatic level.In this paper,based on the multi-source high-resolution remote sensing satellite images, object-oriented analysis technologies were introduced to segment the IKONOS images in2004, QuickBird images in2007, and WorldView images in2011respectively.Then,support vector machine(SVM) was used to classify these segmentated images. In the end of image processing,these classifications should be converted to vector layers,so the classification of urban internal informations comes out in vector data. And then use the spatial analysis method in GIS to process the vector classification layers to get the transfer matrix of urban internal current change information.Finally,the change of the internal information wre comprehensive analyzed in change direction and change reasons in order to put forward reasonable suggestions on current urban development.
