With the development of our national economy,in energy consumption in bring the pollution of the environment is more and more serious. Among them,the atmospheric dust,acid rain,the greenhouse effect and the destruction of the ozone layer has become the survival of harmful to people’s four killer. Coal gas contains sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides of soot,(NOx) is due to the harmful material such as air pollution,acid rain and major source of the greenhouse effect.At present,our country has conducted large-scale project of flue gas desulfurization and denitration namely removal but smoke in the flue gas nitrogen oxide (NOx) project is not large-scale development. Research data show that,if not in flue gas to strengthen the management of nitrogen oxide (NOx),the amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) and in the proportion of the atmospheric pollutants will rise, and is likely to replace the main pollutants sulfur dioxide become atmosphere. Our country coal-fired power plants NOx pollution for worry. According to the statistics,the national NOx emissions67%comes from coal burning. The power plant emissions NOx become our country of acid rain pollution of important factor. The power plant cause environmental pollution is more serious,the share rate of NOx emissions more and more high,the power plant flue gas denitration already is the trend of The Times.Douhe power plant as an example in this article, combined with the current design of the electric power industry development requirements and demand and situation to adapt to the possible development of douhe power plant deNOx project research programme, and from the project site and denitrification of projects on the environment impact, de-NOx technology, demonstration of several aspects such as financial operations, analysis of the feasibility of the project. Hope through this study will provide building science, systems and denitrification in douhepower plant, prompting attention from better air quality, and to contribute to improved air quality.
