China is one of the nations that have grievous coal and gas outburstproblems,where coal and gas outburst accidents happened present the trend that thenumber and grade in south is more and worse than that of in north.The provinces thatcoal and gas outburst accidents happened most are Hunan，Guizhou，Chongqing andSichuan，however，the situation in Hunan is the worst，and the number of accidents is74.31%times of that in China.Luoboan Coal Mine，one of coal and gas outburst coal mines in Hunan，it ismeaningful to carry on the project about gas control in Luoboan Coal Mine for thedevelopment of Hunan coal mine.The paper will study the coal and gas outburst controlsystem of Luoboan Coal Mine based on the regional gas geology to find out theproblems and defects，and then to put forward Regional Integrated Control TechniqueTrilogies to resolve the difficulty faced by Luoboan Coal Mine.According to the basic parameters of coal mine，gas geology laws and degree ofcoal and gas outburst，which is evaluated by single index method and fuzzy evaluationmethod.The paper will study the transparent mechanism，technological process，andprocess parameters of hydraulic flushing in hole，based on which drainage influencingradius will also be studied by the way of combination with theoretical analysis and fieldtest.Basis on drainage influencing radius，coal and gas outburst control mechanism andadvantage of drainage gas by boreholes from the coroadway in rocks under the floorof coal seam；combination with project experiments in coal mine，the paper formedtechnology of gas drainage， which has been proved very useful andeffective.Ultimately，the paper summed up the advantages and perspective of regionalintegrated coal and gas outburst control technique model，based the success ofapplication in.Luoboan Coal Mine.
