Aim for improving the detection speed and accuracy of ultrasonic nondestructivetesting, a comprehensive analysis of the ultrasonic field must be taken. In recent years,the development of ultrasonic sound field model, such as analytical method of theestablishment and numerical methods as well as the establishment of the correspondingsoftware, which provide a basis for the simulation of the ultrasonic field. The soundfield simulation and thus obtaining accurate sound pressure distribution, which plays acrucial role in the detecting technology formulation and analysis of defects.This article starts from the analysis of stress when ultrasonic Propagates inElastoplastic Medium. According to the propagation equation of ultrasonic, as well asbased on the paraxial assumption, the distribution of ultrasonic sound pressure in asingle medium can be calculated. Analysis of the interface on both sides of the soundpressure and phase distribution can simulate the ultrasonic field of multi-media situationusing focusing probe and flat probe, which also help obtaining visual sound pressuredistribution. In order to ensure the accuracy of the model, detection experiment of watermedium, steel media and underwater multi-media are taken by the TU360ultrasonicflaw detector, and then compare the axis sound pressure distribution with the amplitudeof axis sound pressure.On the basis of the emission sound field, reflect sound wave comes out after thewave reflectivity of the dielectric interface, which is the basis of vast majority ofultrasonic flaw detection. Based on the Rayleigh integral theory, the reflection interfacecan be seen as a number of particles, each of the particles can be considered as a newpoint source in the model, and then the sound field produced by the particles isgenerated by the Multi-Gaussian beam model. Finally, the entire reflected sound field isobtained by using the Rayleigh integral. The simulation method of Radial line defectsimulation is increasing ultrasonic diffraction analysis at the tip, which is simulated byKirchhoff approximation, on the basis of the interface reflection.In practical ultrasonic testing, the majority of work pieces on detection areanisotropic media. Different stiffness coefficient matrixes are used to describe theorientation of anisotropic media. In anisotropic media, change of wave form and phasewill take place the interface of different organizations. This article simulates the soundfield of simplified welding seam based on the Pencil method simulation of the Rayleighintegral. This means a lot to analyzing the tissue distribution and detection of internaldefects.
