The thesis describes the development of technology of low quality coal ashagglomerating coal gasification and industrial applications of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracitemining Group Co. Ltd Creek coal oil branch. The coal used is typically thehigh-ash(>23%),high-sulfur, high ash fusion temperature and low reactivity of CO2one.The company research the influence of the carbon utilization and gasificationintensity of fluidized bed anthracite coal gasifier against pressure through the laboratorytest. The result shows that the when Jincheng Coal Char is reactive with water vapor andcarbon dioxide, the gasification which the temperature is within the range of920-1050℃is controlled by chemical reaction. The reaction rate of coal char gasification increaseswhen the partial pressure of water vapor and CO2rises. Furthermore, the partial pressureof water vapor has the greater impact to the gasification than CO2.In order to provide the proof for0.6MPa industrial gasifier operation, after the test ofburning the industrial coal test on the platform of pressurized ash agglomeratinggasification, we explore the operating conditions of the Jincheng Coal gasification. Theresult is basically the same with the design of industrial furnace.The application of the technology has opened up a new way for the development oflow quality coal gasification in China. It can not only take the effective use the resources,make the production process clean, turn the waste to treasure, creat huge economicbenefits, maintain the sustainable development of economy of the old mining, but alsoaccumulate experience for the Jincheng area and even the whole province’s coaldevelopment.
