Around strata controlling of roadway in soft rock is a difficult technical problemfor the deep mining.In this paper, the stability of roadway with shotcreting and boltingwith wire mesh support grouting support is researched in Zhuxianzhuang coal mine,and is deeply analyzed with theoretical analysis, field application and numericalsimulation, as well as is verified in field tests.Nested mechanic model of circular roadway’s surrounding rock and shotcretingand bolting with wire mesh support grouting support structure is established based onthe elastic plastic mechanic theory, is applied to the detailed calculation of stress anddisplacement in different areas of around strata, and computational expressions of theradius of strain softening zone and residual strength zone are obtained. Combining withthe geological conditions and supporting structure parameters of test roadway inZhuxianzhuang coal mine, field application is conducted. Otherwise, using thenumerical simulation software ANSYS and FLAC3D, test roadway in four support waysis calculated and comparative analyzed. Determine the feasibility of shotcreting andbolting with wire mesh support grouting support under this condition. At last, when testroadway is supported with shotcreting and bolting with wire mesh support groutingsupport, the convergence of around strata is small in observation period, so the roadwaydeformation tends to stable. From the support effect, the stability and safety of roadwayis guaranteed with the application of shotcreting and bolting with wiremesh support grouting support, which satisfies test roadway supporting demands.Shotcreting and bolting with wire mesh support grouting support technique issuitable for deep seated roadway in soft strata which is under high press, has pooraround strata self stability and large tendency of floor heave, especially when roadwaylays in special sections like geological structure belts.The support method improvesself strength of soft broken rock around the roadway, so as to promote the stabilitythrough change the self support of surrounding rock, and gets good support effect.
