Oolitic hematite is not only refractory but also a waste of resources. Magneticroasting-magnetic separation test results are not obvious. From a poor to fine oolitichematite ore nature research, we know that the main metallic minerals account for32.16%of hematite, and a small amount of limonitegangue. Most of the minerals arequartz and then followed by carbonate minerals.According to the characteristics of Oolitic hematite, this article adopts the depth of thereduction magnetic separation test, then we get a grade of93.04%and94.53%recoveryrate of reduction of iron ore, which achieve a poor thin oolitic hematite resourcesutilization. Reduction of the depth of the test process, different factors affect reductiontargets concentrate. The factors are the amount and type of reducing agent, reductiontemperature, reduction time, grinding fineness, the magnetic field strength, flux type andamount of concentrate and so on. Then we get the followings as the best reactioncondition:-2mm Ore: Anthracite: Na2CO3=6:3:2, reduction temperature is1050℃,reduction time is120min, rapid heating, cooling water quenching calcined product, agrinding, grinding fineness of-200mesh90%, two magnetic election, and the magneticfield strength of80kA/m.This article also discusses the mine mechanism in the reduction process, research thethe poor depth of fine oolitic hematite reduction kinetics of the process, and calculate thedynamic equations under different conditions. the flux that it’s not been added to thereaction kinetic equation for the1150℃isv3.25410×-3C1.5188; and the flux that it’sbeen added to the reaction kinetic equation for the1050℃isv1.371010×-4C0.7278.andthe result is that the concentration of additives on the sensitivity of the reaction ratedecreased, the concentration of the reaction rate decreases, the reaction time on theconcentration tends to flat.
