Forming and modification is the main purpose of the thermal deformation ofmaterials. For forming part, modified to account for a significant proportion, in order toachieve product performance changes and to control the final organizational goals, wemust study and control for the process parameters. Through isothermal compressionexperiment to obtain the flow stress strain curve for the high temperature plasticbehavior to make further study on TA15alloy, through the relevant experiments, therelated microstructure pictures to access, research in the foundation of dynamicrecrystallization behavior, analysis of the deformation parameters of TA15titaniumalloy flow stress influence law and recrystallization, and the constitutive relation modeland dynamic recrystallization model for TA15titanium alloy, hot deformation behaviorand provide a theoretical reference.The main research contents of this paper:①Introduce compression experiment of TA15alloy, by using the experimentaldata, research of TA15titanium alloy during high temperature deformation behavior ofstress-strain relationship, and analyze the influence of different deformation conditionson the stress of TA15alloy rheological.②Through the analysis on the experimental data of hot compression of TA15alloy in the experimental conditions, the peak flow stress model and constitutiveequations are established.③Through the analysis of TA15alloy during hot compression experiments andmetallographic test, dynamic recrystallization model of TA15alloy is established.④The observation of microstructure of TA15titanium alloy, the effects of processparameters on the microstructure Law; analysis of the influence of deformationparameters on dynamic recrystallization of TA15alloy, the percentage of dynamicrecrystallization critical strain value and dynamic recrystallization grain size.⑤The simulation software Deform-3D was two times the development of finiteelement numerical simulation, finite element simulation system for microstructuresimulation of TA15alloy during hot compression process.Through research and analysis methods for several forms of the above, for thefuture in the actual production process to control the final structure forming andimportant modification.
