Oil and natural gas is an important industrial resources of the state and socialdevelopment, is the main artery of the development of the national economy. In order to adapt to the development ofthe project construction of oil and gas fields and rising electricity load, the power supplysystem construction of oil and gas fields and the development of the main network isadaptive, redundant construction of the project and a waste of funds have been avoided;In this paper start from aspects of the distribution line optimization, optimization ofreactive power compensation。The power supply system optimization planning is doneto reduce security risks, the loss increase efficiency, improve the supply capacity of thepower supply system, Under the premise of the safety of the power grid runningreliably, Demand for oil and gas projects are met, the national security, economicdevelopment and social stability is reliably protected。In this paper, the research works include the following aspects:①From the selection of the wire cross-sectional area and voltage levels of thepower transmission lines, the economic operation of the distribution line is optimized.First screened10of the main characteristic parameters that affect the project cost bygray relational analysis, make input vector of the neural network,So the gray relational-neural network cost estimation model is built. It can be fast、accurate prediction ofproject investment by this method.②For the purpose of the minimum sum of Investment、operating costs and net lossin oil and gas fields of reactive power compensation device, establish a mathematicalmodel of reactive power compensation; And solving the reactive power compensationmodel, based on the Hopfield neural network. The last total capacity of reactive powercompensation and reactive power compensation capacity of each load point iscalculated. ③The optimization program of Jiulongshan oil and gas fields supply system isresearched, Specifically through the economy run optimization of distribution line、reactive power compensation optimization in the Jiulongshan regional oil and gasfields,The optimization method of the power supply system of oil and gas fields isstudied.④Finally conclusions are drawn, and the follow-up study of some of the ideaspresented.
