| On the process of exploration and development of oil and gas fields of Qinghai Oilfield, wellhead of oilfield equipment, often corroded in the gap between the hanger and the tubing head Stone, it leaded to the hanger and tubing head Stone bonded together, causing the tubing to replace difficult. The analysis in the study at home and abroad to take measures to prevent corroding on the basis of in-depth study on the two stainless steel electrode surfacing.The paper has illustrated weldability of the hanger, surfacing welding technology, materials and methods by the theoretical analysis. According to the reasearch and analysis to used austenitic chrome-nickel steel, it gives a lot of theoretical foundation and technical basis for further study of the common austenitic chrome-nickel steel surfacing welding process, the most appropriate materials were chose in the common austenitic chrome-nickel steel by the study of the mechanical properties and resistance to crevice corrosion。It will provide some guidance for future applications in other production equipment. |
