"Wastewater reuse"-sewage as a second source is the important way to solve water crisis, sewage reuse is to realize the regeneration of wastewater reuse, one of the effective approaches. High phosphorus content not only affects the sewage regeneration reuse, and will cause eutrophication. Therefore,it is a critical study to find an efficient and economical method of phosphorus removal. China clay minerals resources abundant reserves, utilize them, the structure characteristics and corresponding physical and chemical characteristics to achieve in water phosphorus adsorption.This paper researches zheng zhou zeolite and bentonite on phosphorus adsorption efficiency in water. Take the secondary effluent of sewage treatment plant as research object,the paper explores the adsorption of natural zeolite and natural bentonite, zeolite and bentonite are modified by physical and chemical methods to further improve adsorption performance. To find a price cheap, effect significantly reduced phosphorus content method by comparing the adsoption of zeolite and bentonite.Natural zeolite and bentonite on phosphorus removal efficiency, after a study of influencing factors on dosage、adsorption time、pH and initial concentration.The results show that the removal of phosphorus is that first decreases and then increases and balance with the increase of dosage of natural zeolite;The removal of phosphorus is first increases and then balance with the increase of natural bentonite;the natural zeolite and bentonite have a "fast adsorption and slow balance" with the reaction;In acidic conditions,the adsorption capacity of natural zeolite is reduced,in neutral or alkaline conditions,the adsorption capacity of natural zeolite is elevated.The natural bentonite has a contrary law in this conditions;As the initial concentration increase,the removals of phosphorus are gradually decreased on the zeolite and bentonite.The best conditions of modified zeolite are the mass ratio of zeolite、AICl3、MgCl3is6:2:1, heated at450℃for4h. The natural zeolite and modified zeolite have a similar law on the phosphorus removal for dosage,but the removal rate of phosphorus on modified zeolite is increased by30%than the removal of phosphorus on the natural zeolite; As the increase of adsorption time,the natural zeolite and modified zeolite have a different law on the phosphorus removal,and the removal rate of phosphorus on the latter is increased by35%than the removal of phosphorus on the former;In neutral and alkaline conditions,the removal of phosphorus is high on natural zeolite,in acidic condition, the removal of phosphorus is high on modified zeolite;By the orthogonal test,the best conditions is that pH=6.5、the dosage of zeolite is4g、the adsorption time is60min for the removal of phosphorus on zeolite,the remova rate is83.7%.The best conditions of modified bentonite are Hydroxyl aluminum pillared bentonite is the best modification conditions and control Al3+:OH-=2.4.The natural bentonite and modified bentonite have a similar law on the phosphorus removal for dosage,but the removal rate of phosphorus on modified bentonite is increased by35%than the removal of phosphorus on the natural bentonite; As the increase of adsorption time,the natural bentonite and modified bentonite have a same law on the phosphorus removal,and the removal rate of phosphorus on the latter is increased by20%than the removal of phosphorus on the former;In acidic condition, the removal of phosphorus are all high on natural bentonite and modified bentonite.As the increase of pH,the removal of phosphorus is gradually reduced. The highest removal rate of phosphorus on modified bentonite is increased about20%than the highest removal of phosphorus on the natural bentonite.By the orthogonal test,the best conditions is that pH=6.5、the dosage of zeolite is2g、 the adsorption time is60min for the removal of phosphorus on bentonite,the removal rate is91.2%,the adsorption is qm=22.75mg/kg.By comparing the adsorption effect of the zeolite and bentonite, hydroxyl aluminum pillared bentonite is choosed as of phosphorus adsorption materials.
