Conditions of extracting some natural products were the first time optimized by response surface methodology. All of factors had significant effects on these natural products extraction. Design Expert-7.1.6soft showed optimum extraction conditions of mulberry leaf chlorophyll, extraction from pummelo skin, gardenia yellow pigment, extraction from Cirmamonun Camphora leaf and optimization of fermentation condition on Piformospora indica. Under these optimum conditions, all the experimental data were agreed closely with the predicted one.The optimum extraction conditions of mulberry leaf chlorophyll were as follows: ratio of Alcohol to acetone of3:1, extraction time of5.25h, extraction temperature of56.5℃, ratio of solvent to raw material of103:1. The optimum extraction conditions of pummelo skin were as follows: ratio of petroleum ether to material25.6:1, extraction temperature48.9℃and extraction time1.85h. The optimum extraction conditions of gardenia yellow pigment were as follows: ratio of liquid to material24:1, extraction temperature52℃and extraction time1.2h, ethanol solution72%. The optimum extraction conditions of Cirmamo/n/n Camphora leaf were as follows: ratio of petroleum ether to material35:1, extraction temperature48℃and extraction time2h.Constituents and relative contents of pummelo skin extraction and Cirmamonun Camphora leaf extraction were analyzed by GC\MS.The main constituents and relative contents of pummelo skin extraction were P-pinene (15.67%), D-limonene (19.69%), Friedelin (13.39%) and arbricolin (8.35%). The main constituents and relative contents from Cirmamovun Camphora leaf extraction were endo-Bornel(47.32%), l-ethyl-3-methyl-Benzene(4.37%), Humulene (3.64%), Germacrene D(3.62%).The optimal fermentation conditions for Piformospora indica were determined as follows: pH=5. fermentation broth concentration100%and fermentation time14d. After extraction, separation and purification of Piformospora india secondary metabolite, we got the sample. The sample was used in tissue culture experiment of first time. The result showed that the growth rate is130.9%.
