Cyclohexanone oxime is one of the key intermediates in the production of caprolactam, and caprolactam is the importance raw materials of synthetic fibre and engineering plastic. More than95%of cyclohexanone oxime is produced by cyclohexanone-hydroxylamine method at present in industry. Unfortunately this process has too many intermediate steps, complex equipment and process control is very difficult in addition, moreover the by-product ammonium sulfate, and hydroxylamine hydrolysis will produce the harmful gas such as nitrogen oxide, less environmentally friendly. With cyclohexanone oxime demand increasing, as well as environmental protection strengthen, the simplified process routes of the production of cyclohexanone oxime, reduce environmental pollution has become the important research subject of attentionIn this article cyclohexylamine gaseous oxidation method is used to preparation of cyclohexanone oxime, and had done a tentative exploration in photocatalytic cyclohexane nitrosation in preparation of cyclohexanone oxime, the main research contents are as follows:(1) The silica gel’s catalytic properties was investigated in the molecular oxygen oxidation reaction cyclohexylamine preparation of cyclohexanone oxime. Under the consitions of V(N2):V(O2)1:2,0.02mL/min cyclohexylamine flow,1OmL/min oxygen flow,3g catalyst and160℃, the conversion of cyclohexylamine reached up to26.4%and the selectivity for cyclohexanone oxime was75.3%. X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2physical adsorption and IR were used to characterize the catalysts, found the pore diameter distribution, Physical-chemical properties and distribution of hydroxyl groups on the surface of the catalyst has a great influence on the catalytic properties of the catalysts(2) For SBA-15has regular aperture distribution, good principle-chemical properties and abundant surface hydroxyl distribution, the oxidation of cyclohexylamine over SBA-15was studied. The conversion of cyclohexylamine reached up to45%, the selectivivity for cyclohexanone oxime was70%and the main by-product is cyclohexanone. BET surface, X ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra were used to characterize the structure of the product. The results showed that SBA-15has good cycle stability in application.(3) In this paper the author had done a tentative exploration in photocatalytic cyclohexane nitrosation in preparation of cyclohexanone oxime. Found under the photocatalysis, cyclohexane with NO reaction can generate cyclohexanone oxime.
