With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards, the social problems and environmental issues caused by urban living garbage are becoming increasingly prominent, not only caused serious environmental pollution, but also affect social stability and economic development, which appears especially serious in Shenzhen where there is less land and large population. Therefore, Successful planning and operation of urban environmental health programs management system depend on the prediction of urban living garbage quantity and centralized processing route design. This paper analyzed the present situation and the influencing factors of Shenzhen urban living garbage from different aspects, and on this bases, we used gray correlation analysis method determining the major influencing factors of Shenzhen urban living garbage quantity are the tertiary industry, the population of tourists, the total retail sales of social consumer goods and the built-up green coverage area.We used the results of gray correlation analysis and the data of Shenzhen2000-2012to establish a multiple linear regression model of the Shenzhen urban living garbage quantity and the major influencing factors: y=258.8548+2.6x10-5x1-0.376997x2-2.89x10-5x3+0.004296x4Then, we analyzed the relationship between the amount of waste generated and the major influencing factors.According to the results of gray correlation analysis, the main influencing factors as the input vectors of BP neural network, a BP neural network prediction model was established to meet the forecast requirements of urban living garbage quantity, then we used the model to predict Shenzhen urban garbage quantity from2011-2015, by the end of2015, the output of Shenzhen urban garbage will reach6.87million tons.Prediction results showed that in the coming decades, the Shenzhen urban living garbage quantity will show a rising trend, it seems the design of garbage centralized classification treatment and processing route are extremely important. In order to study this paper conveniently, this paper only discussed the current situation and centralized treatment technical of food waste, and designed the food waste processing routes of Shenzhen Nan Shan District. Firstly, determining the quantity of the size of the food waste processing equipment. Taking into account the size of food waste processing capacity of the processing equipment, investment costs, operating costs, while the investment amount as small as possible, According to the analysis we identified that Shenzhen Nan Shan District only need two large food waste processing equipments, do not need small food waste processing equipment. Secondly, the partition of Nan Shan District. On the basis of the first step, Nan Shan District was divided into two regions; each region arranged processing equipment in the right position, the study found Nan Shan District is divided into two areas north and south along latitude22.565wefts reasonably practicable. Thirdly, the location of food waste treatment center and the optimal path to the processing center. To simplify the problem, we think that the two large equipments were placed north and south separately on the original transfer stations, the transfer stations for nodes, the actual distance between the two transfer stations for weight, we painted undirected weighed graph, the problems transformed into graph theory problems, and then we used the Floyd algorithm to determine the shortest path matrix between any two of the transfer stations, so as to determine the location of the equipment and the removal and transportation route, and draw processing roadmap.
