Seamless steel pipe blowing dust device is a procedure of steel pipe production process, its purpose is to remove the oxidation iron impurity from the steel pipe blowing system.508steel pipe blowing dust device is a new type of equipment, which gets rid of steel pipe internal iron oxide and impurity, which has lots of characteristics, such as low operation cost, high dust-collecting efficiency, and high dust-collecting efficiency, so it is widely used in steel pipe production and processing industry and also is an important part of Steel pipe production process. But the study to the optimization of the steel pipe cleaning device structure is very few in theory and practice, in order to ensure that equipment of low cost and high efficiency, we must seek for scientific and rational design and optimization method.This paper first studied the development of the508steel pipe cleaning device home and abroad and introduced the production process of steel tube in the technological process, conducted overall design in dust removal device, expounds the whole mechanical system action process, The author designed from the mechanical structure and its composition aspects. This device uses v-turret to realize the action ofe loading and unloading. Three type of dust device is used to clean the impurities. In addition, a suitable dust remove system was selected. Optimizing some parameter which is the key point of the system. Modeling the system using GAMBIT software, and then imported into the FLUENT software to simulate and analyze the flow field in the case of blowing system, and got a relatively optimization results. Researching the electrical control system of508steel dust removing device and introducing the operating time of every electrical devices. PLC program is used to control hydraulic solenoid valve to open to realize the action of every part of the system and achieve the purpose of dust removing. The working process of the dust removal system, introducing the object of being control. The optimized system not only greatly improve the efficiency and the system of economic performance, but also reduce the structural quality.
