The Study Of Cosmetic Micro-injection Molding Polymer Micro-needle

Now medical stainless steel material is mainly used on the market for medical microneedles, but medical stainless steel material is easy to break in the skin and causes long-term damage to the skin. The polymer has biocompatible and biodegradable advantages, and micro-needle of polymer material has gradually become a hot research. Polymer cosmetic micro-needle has been optimized, and micro-needle optimized is selected to process in this paper. Due to the micro-structure of the needle, its own strength problems and filling problems are focused in this papaer. The main contents are as follows:1. Three needle structures of the micro-needles are designed, which are the three pyramid stage type, the pyramid stage type and the truncated cone type. While five micro-needle delivery systems are designed, which include the designs of drug delivery system of solid micro-needle and hollow micro-needle.2. The contrast of three needle strength contrast is done with PMMA in this paper, and the comparison results show that the needle of truncated cone structure is superior to the other structures of the needle.3. The micro-needles of PMMA and PLA are used ANSYS to do a comparative analysis of the two materials which are truncated cone type. The PLA micro-needle is slightly better than the PMMA micro-needle in many respects about strength, but the strength of the PMMA micro-needle is also in line with the conditions of the production of micro-needle, and PMMA material is much cheaper than PLA material, so the material of the micro-needle is PMMA in this paper.4. In order to study the needle filled, Moldflow filling simulation analysis is done for the micro-needle, the needle can be completely filled under the optimum conditions. In the actual machining process, the evacuated process is used to processe the micro-needle, and the micro-needle processed is checked and analysised.
