Vinyl acetate is an important organic chemical products and chemical raw materialswith a wide range of uses. In the process of product vinyl acetate synthesis, temperaturecontrol precision of synthesis reactor and to improve the space-time yield of vinyl acetatesynthesis are two major problems in the process of production at present, in order toreduce the production cost, stable production process, and improve product quality andefficiency of vinyl acetate. Each production enterprise has been unremittingly for theexploration and research.Aiming at the temperature in the vinyl acetate synthesis reactor, it must be strictly inaccordance with the theoretical curve in the production process; the process is existsdisturbances, and can not be measured. Based on the project of science and technology ofa chemical plant for vinyl acetate synthesis process optimization control as the researchbackground, it in-depth analyses the mechanism of synthesis process of vinyl acetate.Based on the analysis of some factors which affected the synthesis reactor temperaturefluctuation on the molar ratio, it determined the reactor entrance temperature, mixture andcontrol valve opening, the reactor internal pressure, and reactant as the mainmeasurements. At the same time, to the complex problems of synthetic control system, theimproved momentum type neural network control method is applied to precise control thetemperature. Then, combining this method with the classical PID control algorithm, itdesigned the PID controller based on neural network and applied it to the synthesis reactortemperature control system to realized accurate control to the temperature of thetemperature control system of the synthesis reactor. Through the analysis of MATLABsimulation and verification, it proved the validity of neural network PID control method.The controller has compiled a set of control software embedded in the field control station,and proved the practicality and feasibility of this method.Finally, the control scheme is implemented by DCS, using the domestic production ofJX-300x DCS control system, it makes the configuration and monitor interface of PC, andapplied the control program in the form of software on the platform.
