Power plant boiler emissions of NOx (nitrogen oxide, is mainly refers to NO2and NO, NO majority, around90%) was the cause of acid rain and it is one of the main atmospheric pollutants, it caused great harm to people’s health. As the people’s growing concern for environmental protection, the State increased governance requirements for atmospheric pollutants in thermal power plant. In2004, national environmental general announced new "thermal power plant atmospheric pollutants emissions standard", New standard for thermal power plant NOx emissions requirements have dramatically increased, May11,2010, Released "the State Council General Office of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and other departments to improve regional air quality guidance on the promotion of air pollution joint prevention and control work of the notice", March2009the General Office of the Ministry of Environmental Protection Central Office issued the "2009-2010National Pollution prevention and control work points", October2009, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a "thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards", these files are all increased pollution emissions and governance requirements. Huanghua Power Plant Hebei Guohua Cangdong belongs to the delineation of environmental protection in key areas of large-scale thermal power enterprises. Currently, Cangdong Power Plant Unit4is not installed flue gas denitrification equipment, while the concentration of NOX emissions is300mg/Nm3,meet the requirements of the current environmental emissions standards450mg/Nm3, but according to the above-mentioned documents and standards, unit4retrofitted with flue gas denitrification equipment is necessary.According to this situation, this paper mainly do the following research work:first of all, illustrates the selected topic background and research significance of this article, illustrates the denitration system research application status at home and abroad, illustrates the research contents in this paper. Secondly, analyzed the coal-fired boiler NOx formation mechanism and denitration technology selection. Through the analysis of the mechanism of formation of the coal-fired boiler NOx find the direction of the design and analysis of domestic and foreign common denitration method to find the best solution to a suitable unit. Thirdly, this paper introduces the boiler SCR denitration device of reserve and auxiliary reform conditions and the selection of denitration agent are introduced. At the same time this paper introduced the design of flue gas denitration. Then, analyze the operation performance after denitration. Finally, summary of the full text of the research and suggestf uture research directions.
