Pharmaceutical industry is one of the important industry of China’s industrial system, in the life plays a supporting role for the production at the same time, the "three wastes" pollution affect our health, especially the wastewater treatment is an indispensable link; Pharmaceutical industry wastewater mainly in traditional Chinese medicine wastewater, chemical pharmaceutical wastewater, antibiotic wastewater is given priority to, including antibiotic industrial wastewater is a kind of high chroma, refractory material, biological toxicity more typical containing sulfate of high concentration organic wastewater. Sulfate in the process of biological degradation products are all kinds of sulfur compounds, give priority to with hydrogen sulfide, and poisonous hydrogen sulfide, has bad odor, have corrosion effect, can cause corrosion damage to some metal components and pipe, at the same time for anaerobic process, hydrogen sulfide but also serious inhibition for most species, especially the methanogens.Gibberellic acid, commonly known as920is a highly efficient plant growth substance, for the biological fermentation process of secondary metabolites, belonging to agricultural hormonal drugs. Gibberellic acid production wastewater with organic pollutants concentration, high chromaticity, high water quality variations, high sulfate concentration, biochemical characteristics such as good. In this paper, A pharmaceutical company gibberellic acid production wastewater treatment engineering in nanchang as the research object, USES the PAC+CaO+CaC12double salt in addition to the sulfate process for extraction residue pretreated, USES the UASB++A/O contact oxidation process integrated wastewater, through to the system startup commissioning and stable operation of the process parameters control, technology, economy and so on research, the following conclusions, provide reference for the similar wastewater treatment reference:(1) using PAC+CaO+CaCl2double salt in addition to the sulfate process for extraction residue pretreated and USES the UASB+A/O+contact oxidation process integrated wastewater treatment, the treated wastewater quality this item ga3stability reached the fermentation biopharmaceutical industrial water pollutant discharge standard "(GB21903-2008) limit, CODcr removal rate can reach more than97.2%on average.(2) Using PAC+CaO+CaCl2over double salt technology to extract liquid pretreatment, the sulfate removal rate can reach94%, CODcr removal rate can reach10.7%.(3) The control parameters of the stable operation of UASB reactor, the sludge volume load is around3.06kgCOD/(m3·d), PH:6.8~7.2.(4) The project scale of gibberellic acid waste water is550m3/d, the project total investment2.3327million, tons of waste water cost is3.22yuan.
