Aromatic heterocyclic compounds are an important role of organic compounds with goodpharmacological activity at the same time the compounds are found abundantly in nature. it is often used inbiomedical and chemical materials and many other, especially isoquinoline and indole compounds, has a verywide range of biological activity by the majority of people to the attention of the researchers, the study of thesynthesis method has important practical and realistic significance.This thesis is mainly composed of three parts: the isoquinoline imine with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate cycloaddition reaction; benzyne with2H-azirine cycloaddition reaction; benzyne withpyrylium-3-olate cycloaddition reaction. Which of them is isoquinoline imine dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylatethe cycloaddition synthetic pyrazolo[5,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives.The isoquinoline imine with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate cycloaddition reaction, introduces thesynthesis of iso-quinoline imine by tandem reaction, and the reaction of its research background, meaning, awide range of substrates of the reaction, short reaction period. In addition, the toxicity of the reaction systemsmall, easy to operate, easy to get raw materials, simple processing, also comply with the requirements of theatom economy; in the meantime, this reaction is a one-pot reaction, the reaction efficiency, which provides asynthesis of pyrazolo[5,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives new way.Benzyne with2H-azirine cycloaddition reaction generates indoles research background, significance,as well as the reaction substrate range; simple reaction, in line with the atom economy requirements, but alsoprovide a new method for the synthesis of indole compounds.Benzyne with pyrylium-3-olate cycloaddition reactions, mainly introduce dipolar cycloadditionreactions under mild conditions to generate bicyclo [3.2.1] skeleton, more in-depth research is in progress.
