Pharmaceutical industry produces’wastewater because of its high concentration of pollutants, biodegradability, toxic and harmful substances, such as the direct discharge of untreated, can cause two serious pollution on the ecological environment. In response to the party’s eighteen big call, protect the ecological balance of the water environment, and ensure that the people’s health, promote the sustainable development of water resources, pollution problems urgently to be solved of pharmaceutical wastewater, look Fenton for the availability of pharmaceutical wastewater cost-effective treatment technology is a difficult problem at present many sanitation facilities design and construction need to solve.In recent years, Three-dimensional Electrolysis(TDE) and Fenton method as "environment friendly"advanced oxidation technology has attracted increasing interest in reluctant organic wastewater treatment,compared with the traditional physicochemical and biochemical method, has the advantages of high efficiency, good effect, low cost, simple equipment and operation and other advantages, so it becomes one of the research hotspots in recent years. Three Dimensional Electrolysis with Fenton Oxidation(TDE-Fenton) is a new-electrochemical oxidation technology to couple TDE and Fenton method together. This technology introduces the particle electrode into electro.Fenton reactor,which increases the surface area of woddng electrode,shortens the transfer distance of pollutants, and greatly enhances current efficiency and unit space-time yield.This thesis attempts to be used Fenton for pretreatment of pharmaceutical wastewater using three-dimensional Fenton method, in order to provide new approach Fenton for effective degradation of pharmaceutical wastewater.Made of stainless steel plate as cathode, coated titanium electrode as anode, activated carbon particle electrode three-dimensional electrolysis and Fenton method combined with the pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, effects of current intensity, turbulent velocity, time of electrolysis, the active carbon and FeSO4·7H2O dosage on reaction influence, through response surface method the optimum processing parameters are obtained, the degradation of pharmaceutical wastewater:activated carbon filler content of300mL/L,45rpm, FeSO4turbulent velocity,7H2O dosage is0.97mmol/L, the strength of the current is0.66A, electrolysis time of205min.Under these conditions, the removal efficiency of CODcr, chroma, ammonia nitrogen, SS and salinity were:74.52%,82.73%,61.76,80.37%and85.46%.At the same time, the removal mechanism of pollutants, mainly includes:the electrochemical oxidation, flotation and flocculation of three parts, the electrochemical oxidation.By contrast, System with TDE-Fenton are better than universal system micro-electrolysis with Fenton method(ME-Fenton) in pharmaceutical wastewater pollutant removal, biochemical perFenton forrmance, economic benefits and social benefits.Three-dimensional Fenton method in combination with high treatment efficiency, simple operation, there is not any risk, less sludge, reducing the processing cost, operation cost of treatment of1m3wastewater was about19.7yuan. At the same time, the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved, is conducive to the subsequent biochemical treatment.
