The subject makes YG13carbide alloy as the research object, welding to the matrixmaterial of20CrMo with complex cross-section by high-frequency induction brazing. Inorder to get a good brazed joint, a lot of welding methods are adopted, such as changingthe surface cleaning of connector materials, choosing different thickness and material ofbrazing alloys, imposing different fixture pressure, adjusting the time of the brazing ofthese aspects. The samples are cut pre-grinded and polished. Brazing joint surface isobserved by metallographic microscope. The influence of state of micro-geometrical of themedia side of the brazing are observed. The brazing joint composition is measured bySEM+EDS. The samples are tested in the actual working conditions. Improve the qualityof brazing joints from the actual production. Reduce the loss of solder, increase the brazingrate, and reduce the rejection rate. To provide a certain amount of theoretical studies based.The experimental results indicate that increasing the surface roughness can improveaccommodate of brazing alloys and reduce the loss of brazing alloys.0.35mm silver-basedthick brazing alloys are more suitable for high-frequency induction brazing than0.25mmsilver-based thin brazing alloys. Brazing rate can be gradually increased with imposingbrazing pressure in0.1~0.5MP, and the gap distance are controlled between0.1~0.3mm,adjusting the time of brazing in8~12minutes. Prevent insufficient warming by the lack oftime and over-burning of matrix caused by too much time.The research finds are applied to practical production by Shanghai Railway Bureau.The useful life of productions is the leading domestic level, obtain the economic benefits.
