Caving face as an important source of gas emission, and gas extraction has proven to be an important safeguard coal mine safety production techniques. Numerous studies show that for caving Gob its overlying strata within the Rule of gas seepage is rational and efficient gas drainage design theory. Based on this, combined with the actual situation and the FLUENT software downhole numerical experiments to determine the pit lane towards the high pumping position so gas extraction to achieve the best results. It is summarized that the coal mine gob gas seepage law has been researched and the latest progress of the gob gas flow equation also been found in this paper. The three zones" in mine(caving zone, fractured zone, bending sink with) is determined by the overburden strata movement law and the corresponding computer simulations, also the correct lane reasonably high pumping height from floor will directly affect the simulation results. The porous media has been studied, and the underground gas has seen as an incompressible fluid, has been studied the flow in porous media. The Fluent numerical simulation has combined with the site monitoring experiments in Zhangjiazhuang mine, also obtained lane towards high pumping parameters of the specific location of the vertical distance from the return airway with22m horizontal distance16m, high pumping roadway drainage achieve the best results high gas drainage pumping Lane reached30%, caving face corner gas concentration has accorded "coal Mine Safety Regulations" requirement that the gas concentration is less than1%, the coal mine can be safe and efficient production. Refer to the simulation parameters can be promoted to the mine in similar conditions and created higher economic benefits.
