Close distance coal seam occurrence are widely in our country, more and more people has drawn great attention of its mining problem. But there is a little of the research findings of close distance coal seam mining technology, main is the summary of the practical and empirical.Taking the No.9and10coal seams as the research object, the distance between ultra-closed coal seams in Huayuan coal mine is5.23m.Through the following methods, such as theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field measurement, an explorative study was carried out and it mainly relate to the stability of coal pillars in the upper seam, the effect on the stability of mining roadway in the lower seam own to side direction bearing stress and transfer and the distribution of mining bearing stress, the arrangement of mining roadway, the coal pallor width and the reasonable dip separation. The research achievements are as follows.(1) Through the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis of the upper coal seam mining lateral stress transfer law in floor strata(2) Huayuan obtained by numerical simulation, very close distance coal seam coal NO.9, NO.10, with the upper coal seam mining lower coal seam roof stress distribution characteristics, and thus determine the huayuan lower coal seam working face along the groove type decorates and type layout reasonable wrong from the outside, the lower coal seam mining face gateway for wrong layout, should be arranged in the horizontal distance from the upper coal seam lateral wall than25m; Outside the lower coal seam mining face gateway for wrong wrong arrangement, should be arranged in15m away from the upper coal seam coal wall lateral horizontal distance outside. (3) Through numerical simulation, the paper analyzes the extremely close to the lower coal seam working face of coal seam along the groove of the upper coal seam working face along the layout trough a25m and15m within upper coal seam mining face gateway layout when the yield of surrounding rock, stress distribution and deformation characteristics along with the change of working face advancing, determining the arrangement of roadway tunnel is stable.(4) By huayuan outside wrong track transportation tunnel in9201working face of coal10201working face of15m track transportation tunnel layout, amounts of surface convergence monitoring and the analysis of monitoring data, shows the track transportation tunnel in the10201,9201when the15m track transportation tunnel layout roadway stability, further proves that the research on very close distance coal seam with coal seam working face mining nowadays department arranges the rationality of location to determine.In short, the researchers deeply and systematically analysis the arrangement of mining roadway in the lower seam, solve the technique problems of the ultra-closed distance coal seams, and has provided scientific basis for the related engineering practice.
