Transformation across the development needs in accordance with national requirements and Shanxi, Shanxi province-wide in2009to carry out the work of the coal resource integration, merger and reorganization. Relying on the main enterprises through mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, equity holding and other forms of low productivity, technological backwardness, pollute the environment of small coal mines banned. Completely changed the previous "many small, scattered, low coal pattern, from the coal-rich province to coal transformation province across the province’s coal enterprises control in1000, the coal resources, centralized management, co-ordination arrangements to achieve a reasonable and orderly development of mineral deposits. At the same time to improve and protect the ecological environment, save social resources. The successful completion of the integration of coal resources not only changed the pattern of the previous Shanxi excessive reliance on coal and adjustment of industrial structure, Shanxi. Shanxi sustainable development and diversification of development towards a new level.North Shiyu mine coal seam3layers respectively, No.3, No.9and No.15coal, the integration of the production capacity of300000t, the integration of expansion and the year after production capacity will reach900000t. This paper first adopts large mining working face with high of1511as the research object, the4.21m coal seam thickness, seam inclination of3-6°, an average of5°. The0-3layer containing coal, gangue, gangue components of mudstone and carbonaceous mudstone, coal seam conditions simple, found2faults in the mining process, the working surface normal inflow of1.33m3/min, the maximum yield of2.0m3/min. Methods using field measurement analysis combined with theory, makes a preliminary study on the roof to pressure, adaptability of support, advanced support influence area and the influence of fault rock pressure on working face. The research enriches the theory and practice research using a large mining height process under hard roof, and North Shiyu safety production instructive. The main research results are as follows:(1) revealed the North Shiyu in1511working face of the stope underground pressure behavior, the pressure to step away from the old top cycle, mastered the face working resistance and the distribution of hydraulic support working state (including the initial supporting force utilization rate, maximum resistance, the minimum support resistance, leakage, series solution safety valve), and understanding of the work in the process of mining face coal wall spalling, gob hanging roof, roof step and so on.(2) by observing changes of surface displacement of roadway and the advanced method of hydraulic prop laying oil pillow, reveals1511working face advanced support strength and influence range of pressure and the peak pressure in advance support in coal body position(3) effects of the influence of faults on the working face strata behaviors and the working face front abutment pressure intensity and range. Fault in the influence of mining "activation" revealed, near coal seam and broken roof, roof pressure step decreases, the fracture zone height increases, the working face front abutment pressure peak shift characteristics close to the goaf(4) through the field practice, using wood crib hook top with single hydraulic prop and hydraulic support of coal seam roof coal baffle the indirect load bearing to the hydraulic support, to achieve safe by geological structure.
