Low permeability reservoir is an important material foundation for sustainable development of the oil industry.Developing a low permeability reservoir is of great significance. The natural elasticity of the low-permeability reservoirs is generally small (Naiman field’s natural elasticity only5.6%), it developed using water injection to maintain reservoir pressure. Therefore, the waterflood evaluation of dynamic effects of low permeability oilfield is always concern, and it is the key to the evaluation of dynamic effects. To further improve reservoir water injection development and the ultimate recovery, the reasonable evaluation of the effect of water flooding of low permeability reservoir is of great significance.According to the seepage characteristics of the low permeability reservoir, this paper analyzes the relationship between moisture content and moisture content rate of rise of recovery degree from the low permeability reservoir. The same time, we conducted theoretical studies of low permeability reservoir water reservoir development overall development dynamic, injection and production capacity, evaluation of the effect of water flooding and water injection parameters. Domestic and foreign experts in the evaluation of the reservoir water injection development effect summarizes the practical effect evaluation method. Injection outcome evaluation indicators include water flooding the degree of control the degree of utilization of the storage rate, water flooding index and recovery. Water injection wells injection allocation is the main object of study of the injection parameters. Water injection wells with Note can effectively control the increase in moisture content, coordination balanced injection, which is an important content of the injection wells production system analysis and management of the working conditions, but also an important measure to improve the water flooding. According to the liquid production changes of the associated production wells, the computational model of the fluence is determined based on gray correlation method, and Naiman oil field22injector and producer group with a reasonable amount of the Note has been studied in this paper.Low permeability influencing factors of waterflooding development effectiveness depends not only on the basis of geological conditions of the reservoir, but also on the technical level of the developer. In different human factors,the control of water flooding effect is not the same. The water flooding effect of the waterflood development oilfield is artificially controlled by many human factors. On the basis of in-depth study, we believe that the impact of water injection development of oilfield water flooding recovery6for control factors, including the development layer series based on well spacing density, injection time, filling them with water injection and production structure, the measures of the old wells and development speed. In order to improve the water flooding effec of the low permeability reservoir, developing a reasonable technical limits on the basis of a variety of artificial control factors is very important. Flooding the dynamic evaluation of results of Reservoir water flooding, and analyzing human control factor reasonably will provide a scientific basis for the next tap the potential of the design and optimization.The target layer of the Naiman field is Mesozoic Cretaceous system Jiufotang,which is divided into upper and lower segments. The reservoir of Jiufotang has mainly low porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoir, local development in the hole in the nitrided layer. However, because of the poor reservoir properties, a serious shortage of natural energy and lower one-time recovery, water injection to replenish energy development is necessary in order to improve oil field ultimate recovery. With the improvement of water injection technology and fracturing technology in recent years, oil production has increased, but stability was difficult, moisture content rises rapidly, it is necessary to further study the the oilfield dynamic development technology. Based on the geological characteristics and production features of the Naiman field, combined with the evaluation of the content and methods of evaluation, we get the following conclusion by analysis of the dynamic that the development of the Naiman Oilfield is overall better, but there are still some problems, such as injection-production ratio is low and some of the wells with high injection.
