Phase equilibrium data is the important constituent of the based data of chemical.In the calculation and design of distillation, absorption, extraction, crystallizationseparation operation and so on, phase equilibrium data is the important basis andstandard, it has important position in the data of chemical industry and has importanttheoretical significance and commercial value. Vapor liquid equilibrium(Vapor-liquid-equilibrium, referred to as the VLE) data is an important part in phaseequilibrium data, and has wide application to design of distillation. Distillation is oneof the most important parts of chemical separation unit, most of the separations use itto realize in chemical products separation process. To simplify the operation andreduce the cost, it requires very large and precision of the vapor liquid equilibriumdata, and needs a lot of experiment work to measurement.This paper established a set of atmospheric vapor-liquid-equilibriummeasurement device,mainly composed of the reaction system, measuring system andthe data processing system. The morpholine system vapor-liquid-equilibrium data ofbinary system at atmosphere, conduct thermodynamic consistency test, regressWilson equation and NRTL equation and obtain energy parameters.
