Printed circuit board (PCB) to high-density, miniaturization, multi-layered and specialfeatures in the direction of rapid development, PCB drilling more and more, getting smallerand smaller, the PCB CNC drilling machine drilling accuracy and efficiency requirements isgetting higher and higher. CNC drilling machine to feed the dynamic characteristics of thesystem is one of the main factors affecting the machining accuracy. Improve the dynamiccharacteristics of the feed system is of great significance to improve the processing capacityof the PCB CNC drilling. By means of a four-axis PCB CNC drilling machine, rigid analyzesfor its feed system, rigid analysis of PCB CNC drilling machine X-axis, Y-axis, Z axis,respectively.First, the study of high speed and high precision PCB NC drilling machine X, Y, Z axisfeed system components as well as the operating characteristics of the various components,the establishment of various feed system reasonably solid model as well as kineticmathematical model, the use of the process of the establishment of mathematical models finiteelement techniques table carriage deformation as well as rail installation error factors affectthe reaction performance of the whole machine to a model of them.Then, the study of X, Y, Z axis feed the dynamic characteristics of the system, the rigidanalysis of the Z-axis is the focus of this article, where the Z-axis of the program, there arethree: the first option, linear bearings(rigid connection) and universal joints(flexibleconnection); second option, aerostatic bearing (flexible connection) coupling (rigidconnection); third option,aerostatic bearing (flexible connection) universal joint (flexibleconnection) is a super-high-speed electric spindle three fixed way. Use ADAMS program ofthe Z-axis motion simulation obtained the offset drill rig during drilling in the X-axis andY-axis direction, and then use the quadratic elements data test the prototype completed, willbe measured and simulated data comparison Authentication to identify the impact ofultra-high-speed electro-spindle drilling accuracy motion parameters,While the third option isthe optimal solution.Finally, the weak link of the machine ANSYS structural optimization design, theoptimized structure of solid modeling again. Optimized model simulation analysis, motionsimulation to optimize overall machine tool motion parameters, and optimization of this set ofdata analysis and comparison to identify the main factors affect PCB CNC drilling machinedrilling process affecting the drilling accuracy, ultimately proved the significance of thepracticality of this article, as well as a good theory to guide.
