Motor Vehicle Environmental Inspection Agency Layout Of Sichuan Province

Considering motor ownership and pollution situation in our province, thisthesis is to analyze the demand for motor vehicle environmental testing facilitiesin the next5years in our province by predicting the changes in vehicleownership in the next5years, and to carry on the analysis on the detectionmethod used and testing standards of our province at present. The paper resultscan be used as the theoretical basis and technical support on the construction ofmotor vehicle environmental testing facilities in the next five years in Sichuanprovince.The paper firstly provides an overview of motor ownership in SichuanProvince, analyzes the characteristics of pollution emissions of motor vehicles inuse, and then describes the status of motor vehicle pollution control in SichuanProvince. Secondly, On the basis of the province’s total ownership, all kinds ofcar ownership can be calculated by using the grey system theory (G, M) modelin next five years in our province. According to the national related laws andregulations in our province, we give a plan of the number of motor vehicleenvironmental testing equipment as well as the layout in municipalities (state),while overviewing the technology of the construction of the testing facilities. Inaddition, detection methods used in our province (simple transient operatingconditions, load reduction method, double idle state method, the freeacceleration method) are studied. Finally, based on the national standard of phasic discharge at the present stage, as well as the situation in our province,emission standards suitable for our province are studied.Part of the results of this paper, as guidance materials, have well guided ourprovince’s motor vehicle pollution control work, and predicting motor vehicleenvironmental testing facilities of our province in the next5years has a goodsignificance for guiding motor vehicle pollution control work in the future!...
