The performances of soldering flux and brazing filler have great effect on the property of joint in Al-Al brazing. This paper studied the fluidity and caulking property of brazing material based on GB/T11364-2008, which reached the conclusions that Al-Zn brazing filler have a better fluidity than that of Al-Si brazing filler. However, when it comes to the property of caulking, it was affected by the melting point and composition of flux greatly.Secondly, finding out the method to position aluminum tube in the induction coil under the condition of horizontal movement. The heating situation of the surface of th e aluminum tube in the induction coil can help to analysis the general working princip le of the induction coil. Brazing was carried out on the "T" joint with the suitable posi tion in the induction coil. Recording the brazing time needed for the different position and summary the time rules in this process. Compared to the other two coils, induction coilâ‘¡was more suitable for T-joint.Salt mist test was taken based on GB/T10125-1997.The mass loss was compared, and the degree of corrosion was evaluated by the mass loss. Metallographic microscopy observation was also taken in order to get more information of corrosion. We found that the mass loss of Al-Zn brazing filler was greater, which may be result from the greater electric potential difference between Al and Zn.
