ABSTRACT: Blast furnace coal injection refers to inject anthracite coal or Bit-uminous coal or a mixture of both coal from the blast furnace tuyere to inside directlywhich would replace the role of coke to provide heat and as reductant.It will reduce thecoke ratio and the cost of iron.This article according to analysis composition,combustion performance,burning rate,ash melting performance of eight kinds of coals that selected by jiujiang blast furnaceinjection coal.Show that:(1) no kind of pulverized coal is suitable for blast furnace injection,and takedetermine to use Tianguan bituminous coal,Hengxing and Fusheng anthracite to do mixedcoal experiment.(2)Through to analysis combustion performance, fuel ratio, calorific value and ashmelting performance of blending coal. Shows that mixed coal can reach the requirementsof blast furnace coal injection.(3)According to the test data,and by using Topsis decision theory analysis.Getconclusion that the bending ratio of Tianguan: Hengxing for2:1as the best blending ratio.Through the experiment and analysis performance of the mixed coal by using Topsisdecision theory show that taking mixing coal injection method can effectively improve thepulverized coal combustion rate and replacement ratio of coal injection benefits.Itprovides the theory guidance for actual blast furnace pulverized coal.
