Lvluohua is tibetan medicinal,Alias is pothos、stone ganzi、horseshoe gold,Latin name is Araceae. Lvluohua produced in the cold region of Tibet Himalayas(country of central and south america), Flowering in july-august of each year, about30days flowering. Lvluohua have strong aroma and slightly cold, Lvluohua can behypoglycemic and hypolipidemic. Lvluohua has therapeutic effect in diseases such asdiabetes、hypertension、coronary heart disease、vascular inflammation.Based on the orthogonal experiment and extraction agent used by ethanol,themethod of ethanol refluxing extraction is employed to extract the flavonoids inLvluohua and spectrophotometry is manipulated to determine the flavonoidcontent.The study shows that the power of the three factors in influencing theflavonoid extraction from Lvluohua declines from liquid-solid ratio to extraction time,and to ethanol concentration. In the optimal extraction process, the liquid-solid ratio is1:12, extraction time is90min and ethanol concentration is75%. In this way, theflavonoid content in Lvluohua can reach0.75%.Extraction polysaccharides from Lvluohua by hot water extraction. Withreagent blank as the reference solution.
