In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, a substantial increase in domestic production of food waste, food waste caused by the social nature of environmental issues and how to deal with these massive harmless food waste, increasing attention of the whole society attention. On the implementation of anaerobic fermentation of food waste and get some biogas energy, is to achieve food waste harmless treatment and wealth of the effective way. However, the current widespread use of domestic biogas technology, mostly for the material in a reactor for anaerobic fermentation biogas, gas production efficiency is low.In our text which widely used in wastewater treatment a solid filler microbial technology with two-phase anaerobic fermentation technology combined proposed a new type of application of high concentration in food waste solids anaerobic fermentation process theory-two-phase carrier solid bacteria anaerobic fermentation system marshes process. Making Harbin food waste as the experimental material, through the single-phase anaerobic biphasic carrier grouping solid bacterial anaerobic fermentation experiments, to study and theoretical analysis the process of anaerobic fermentation of organic load resistance, Nissan methane and pH change. Concluded:two-phase carrier solid bacteria anaerobic experimental group compared to the single-phase the anaerobic experimental group, no new feeding stage, the rapid increase in daily gas production of methane time to13Ld-1; daily cast materials and organic load increase phase, the methanogenic daily gas production in five days, rapidly rose to about22Ld-1, until the end of the experimental run (60d), daily gas production remains fluctuated in the range of19~24L d-1. Two-phase solid carrier bacteria anaerobic group than in the single-phase anaerobic group in the same load conditions, the cumulative methane gas production increased by15%. PH value of methane phase material has remained in near-neutral the ideal fermentation pH range (6.1to6.9) during the experimental run.Take advantage of this new type of anaerobic fermentation process, design a device used for the biogas project biphasic circulation stirring food waste to made marsh, and its circulation mixing system using Fluent software flow field analysis, drawn from the bottom of the methane tank feed, fermentation liquid upper pumping material feed tube and drain tube parallel to the horizontal plane projection does not re-merger for flow field analysis of the data obtained, to optimize the structure of the device, and mixing feed tube instead set two symmetrical stirring feed inlet, alternately feed liquid circulation stirred reaction tank materials can be mixed more uniformly. Fermentation broth was stirred at reflux for form better mixing effect of flow patterns, digestion tank bottom and free surface disturbance can effectively prevent the material deposition and scum crusts.
