In the past twenty years, PAM was used for oil production as flocculant. Some studies have shown that under natural conditions, PAM will occurs degrade, generate to AM. In China, there has no restriction about PAM and AM emission.Zeabrafish is one of five experimental animals recognized by the International Organization for Standardization, it has become the model organism of developmental biology, genetics, toxicology and other studies. Because of fish animals has application advantages on toxicity tests, International Organization for Standardization recommended zeabrafish as a standard laboratory toxicity tests of fish in80s of the20th century. Zebrafish toxicity test is one important method of detect industrial pollution and water pollution.This subject adopts toxicology research methods for long-term toxicity test of exposuring AM to Zebrafish. To know the toxigenicity role, pathology influence, bio-energy influence and peripheral blood influence by exposured AM. Provide basis of ecological toxicology about the emission of AM for department.In this study, AM as external sources of pollutants, zebrafish as model animal. According to the results of acute toxicity LC50(91.8mg/L), by the national ISO10229-1994standard 《quality long-term toxicity of toxic substances on the determination of freshwater fish》 Zebrafish were exposed to AM in the long-term toxicity test. Subjects zebrafish were randomly divided into control group,1/5LC50(18.36mg/L)、1/15LC50(6.12mg/L)、1/45LC50(2.04mg/L) exposure group. After40days of continuous, Observed and record the poisoning symptoms of zebrafish, measuring weight; measuring the content of triglycerides; experiments and observed histopathologically experiment; experiments and observed the morphology of peripheral blood cells.AM exposure zebrafish in the long-term toxicity test, exposure group zebrafish food intake was reduced, swim frequency was slow, respiratory rate was quickly, with the concentration increased, the phenomenon more and more serious; the weight gain was reduced, this change has statistical significance(p<0.05). The results of measuring the content of triglycerides showed that:with the concentration increased the content of triglycerides in zebrafish wsa reduced, compared with blank group, exposure groups has significant difference(p<0.05). The results of histopathlolgucally experiment showed that:compared with blank group, the exposure groups appear pathological phenomena. Some hepatic cells showed ballooning degeneration, empty bag and necrosis. Gill filaments become thick and the end becomes magnify. With the concentration increased, the phenomenon more and more serious. The results of experiments and observed the morphology of peripheral blood cells showed that: peripneral blood cells appear cytomotphosis, with the concentration increased, the phenomenon more and more serious.AM is toxic substance. AM is toxic to zebrafish. According to the result of the experiment judgment, AM can reduce weight and triglycerides content of zebrafish, damage Zebrafish liver, gill and peripheral blood cells.
